That main event of the four-day reunion will be pillared by activities June 1-6.
For early arrivals, an evening tour of southeast Iowa is planned June 1. Participants will travel to Houghton for a country-fried chicken dinner at Mount Hamill.
Jordan said committee members will host an informal gathering at each morning at Hy-Vee Food Store.
Registration will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 2 at the Fairfield Public Library. Old Portfolios and Pieras will be available for viewing, and participants can sign up for special activities, such as touring the former Parsons College campus with Lee Gobble and Bob Tree on a tour bus.
Other June 2 activities will include a display of the Carnegie Museum's collection of Parsons memorabilia; a cheese-and-wine book signing with authors Dean Gabbert and Marcia Wallace; and committee members hosting cocktails at Regina's Restaurant.
